We had power out in our bathroom so we called Upgrade Electric. Joe from Upgrade Electric found the problem quickly. It turned out that it was the GFCI in the bathroom that had a broken neutral which knocked the whole bathroom out plus the lights. Joe repaired and we couldn’t be happier. I lost power in half of my house last week so I called Upgrade Electric to come over to check it out. The owner Joseph was very quick in troubleshooting the problem. He found out in less than 15 minutes that my problem was due to a power outage in the power company’s wiring. He told us that we had lost power in 1 leg from the power company and that is why we only had power in half of the house. He wasn’t able to restore the power to full because of the power company’s power outage but he did rearrange the circuit breakers in a way that would send power temporarily to the whole house until the down leg from the power company was restored. When the power was finally restored Joseph came back to our home and reset all the circuit breakers back to their original position. He didn’t charge us for the second visit. We are very happy with Joseph from Upgrade Electric. He is an honest respectful and very knowledgeable individual who cares about his customers. He is in our phonebook now and we will continue to use his services. Less
